On Thursday room 10 went to kiwi can because it was the last day  of the lesson and then we were talking  about how do we teach others with their  learning ,and Anastasia positive relationship , corporate , and friendship ,

And  then we played a called  body part .My pattern was Anastasia she was the one  how was my pattern and then she is fun. This is kiwi can .

Arataki visitors

On Wednesday we went to Arataki visitors centre to learn about the Native Bush.

First we went for a bush walk with Bronson Smith. I learnt that they used to make tea from the leaves of the Tea Tree. We went to see a Nikita Palm. After we saw a tui bird and it’s tough on the neck. We even heard it sing. Then we saw the Kauai tree and it was seven hundred years old. It is was the father of the forest.

Next we went to the centre and had to find the answers on the cross word. After that we went to take a photo in the big frame at Arataki.

We went to see movie about the  rangers at Arataki park. It told us what to do at Arataki. It was my first time at Arataki and it was fun and cool.

Finally we had  to  get on the bus and  go back  to school. It was a long way to  take us to school. We had to pack our bags and the bell rang  to go home.

fitness challenge

On friday room 10 we to fitness challenge  because first we went to laps with our team mate so we can work together .

 Next we did 5 push up and when mr Nath said Go that mean do 5 push up and you have to get up and run so the person can Go.

Then we did 5 sit up for each team one extra person comes and do the sit up  

After that we did shuttle running for your team mate and then when you finish you come and sit down on the floor for us and then when you come back   the other person  go and then you have to sit down on the floor and wait for the teacher to tell you the point .

Then after that  we did the assembly outside for room 10 with  mr  nath and then he said the winner is  was kauir came first ,second was nikua came second ,third came kowhai came third .

We went to class so that we have to work on our staff.

fitness challenge

Duffy role model assembly .

Today we had Duffy role model  assembly there was opera was a singers .there was Felipe manu , Madison noun , and Katherine  . They told us about when they stared reading books and they told us how they sang a song called Shannon and that was a sad song that the Duffy role model sang that song because they talk us about  when they have to read a books by them self because when Felipe came and talk about when his   brother came and read about read with his brother and then when he stared to read with his brother because they where Tonga when he was small .

Madison was half Samoa and she was small and she told us about that when her grandmother was reading and she help her to get grandmothers hand so she can read the book will she is helping her
