Health

HEALTH:I know health is are easy word we can say it eveyday but for my experience we have to talk about and act on it too.If i put health in  action we have to start from our eating in daily  life style by involved psyhsical activity and keep up with daily meal as well.Health in life is more important to us why?We need to look after our self by having four healthy meals  per day from those meal we need to drink lots of water to keep our self dehydrated too.If we try to avoid unhealthy food in daily life we will able to save our self from alot of desease and any sort of sickness we might have.I will have to put my family as  a excample doing this lockdown was so hard for my mum to keep us activity and healthy but we are so gretful for her hard  work she show us how.By doing daily routine  about excrise moring and eveing so we can be stay active.
